Cranberry Turkey Quesadillas
- 4 tortillas flour
- 4 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 3/4 lb sliced turkey
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 8 slices brie cheese
- 1 tbsp. MTOO Chipotle Olive Oil
- Spread one side of each tortilla with mustard.
- Divide the turkey over one half of each side; dress with cranberry. Layer each with 2 thick slices of brie. Fold and press to seal edges. Brush with MTOO Chipotle Olive Oil.
- Bake at 425° for 10-15 minutes. Serve topped with more cranberry if desired.
